The Epiphany

Usually I'm not the type to have the follow through required for blogging. It just doesn't happen. Not because I am lazy, but because life has so many other incredible things to do which out-tantalize the unblinking recant rant of the day's events. However today I found myself in a strange spot as my habitually whirlwind of a day was interrupted by a whisper of nothingness. In that moment it was recognized that perhaps recording the strange events which have passed and are coming would be entertaining for others who find themselves on the brink of boredom behind a computer screen.

For starters let's get you up to speed on what has happened within the past 24 hours.

  • -5:30am-9:30am: Climbing and sawyering a large kumquat tree... with my trusty handsaw, a bit of rope, and 5 ft tall friend CC.
  • -9:50am-2pm: Attending a casting call to select the next actors for an upcoming infomercial to be pitched to HBO
  • -2:30pm-4pm: Designing a website for a world renowned belly dancer and commenting as her voice in social media such as facebook/twitter/myspace/tumbler.
  • -4:15pm-5:30pm: Storming Pak N Sav, arguing with Best Buy, and wrestling with the wheel so as not to run over one of the laggers in the Home Depot parking lot.
  • -6pm-9:30pm: Cooking and catering solo for a large group of sailors who came together to commemorate Jack London in an infamous underground mystery mansion comprised of Jack London's former stomping grounds.
  • -10pm-11:pm: Attacking a lonely birthday cake, debating over animal rights, and watching a cat take advantage of a fireplace in a strange yet fascinating way...
  • -11:30pm-1am: Walking 3 miles in the night to the nearest taxi to drag me home for bed...
  • .-5:30am-now: Get up and do it again!
Now I intend to live life to the fullest. I want to learn, do, see everything possible. If you follow this blog you will be brought upon an adventure that will tire/excite you just thinking about it. Everyday possible I will cram each reasonable hour with strange places and new faces. I will take you vicariously through a wonder world of awe, humility, fear, sadness, determination, love, kindness, and most of all fun!
